No, you can choose when you get to your appointment - just make sure you arrive 10 minutes before your session time!

All players should be aged 11 years or older. Younger children are welcome with an adult, providing the headset fits, and the game is suitable. Please contact us for more information.

Our racing simulators have a weight limit of 130kg, and our 360 chair has a weight limit of 120kg.

If you are coming via public transport please come to Gravesend train station. We are less than a 5 minute walk from the station.

As ORB VR offers a live experience (like going to the cinema), once a session is booked, we are unable to accept requests to refund for cancellations.

Sometimes, things can be unavoidable, so our team can try to reschedule your session for another time. Please note this will incur a 10% rescheduling fee if your session is within 48 hours.

Unfortunately, we do not have dedicated parking, but there is plenty of street parking and car parks available within a 3-10 minute walking distance. The closest car parks are:

Our general opening hours are:

Monday - Friday | 2pm-6pm

Weekends | 11am-9pm

This centre may not be open before midday and may close at 6pm if there are no pre-booked sessions, especially weekdays. Pre-booking is recommended for early and late sessions.
